This mid-century exterior transformed our clients home. Hardie Board panels were used on the garage as an accent with stucco on the remaining exterior walls. A new garage door, downspout screen, backyard entry fence and gate, address sign, as well as long board soffits were designed for continuity. The old brick was painted and peeling which required removal and repainting. Privacy screens were designed and created for the backyard. An interior renovation following the exterior included the installation of a cedar cathedral ceiling to match the exterior long board soffits.
